Please note that by signing up with any of our services, buying our products or sending an inquiry, you are automatically accepting our terms and conditions. We would only use the data you supplied solely for the purpose of your terms with us. Please get more information from our staffs. Part of our terms is to use every data supplied to either contact, make amendments or get approval decision on behalf of our pupils. We can also contact our clients or pupils in regards to the services we offer. In some cases, our services requires us to pass your information to the third party, (again, this would strictly be for the purpose of our services). 



 

TESTS

Our instructor reserves the right not to refer you or take you to a test if they feel you are not ready. As the amount for the test day is different from a normal lesson, the instructor sets the price for that day. All payments must be completely made to the school or to the instructor before the test. Our instructors cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful test results as the onus is on the pupil to make a difference on that day. However, we would ensure you have received the best training support you need for that day 

LESSONS

Our lesson fee can be flexible based on long or short-term agreements. You may decide to pay for each lesson or in advance for lump sum agreement. All our long term agreements for either 10, 20 or more lessons must be paid in advance. This can either be before or after the first lesson (on the day), but not at the second lesson. Hence why it is discounted and tagged advance payment. All 10 hours lessons paid in advance must be completed within two months from start date, 20 lessons within three months from start date.   

All 5, 10 or more lessons booked in advance are contracted hours between the pupil and the instructor. All such package or advance lessons are binding agreement which should not be altered until term. However, if for any reason a cancellation is made, there may be  cancellation charges or full lesson fee may apply.

All unlimited lessons have a one year term. Pupils get a 1 hour lesson twice a week for 1 year. This type of booking only covers for lessons and not test or test fees.
